Hola Granola

On Saturday I made gluten-free vegan granola with the recipe I found here:



3 cups oats

½ cup chopped cashews

½ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup rice flour

¼ cup sorghum flour ¼ cup potato flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon ginger

¾ cup honey ¾ cup maple syrup

½ cup cranberry juice, unsweetened

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons canola oil

a splash of unsweetened pomegranate juice

As you can see I made some substitutions and got creative with a few things.
