My Plan to Stop Gossip

Dear Friends,

I am committed to unconditional love.

My commitment is to honoring people and being transparent.

I refuse to talk about someone in a way that diminishes them or listen to that type of talk.

I believe that no one would diminish someone else for no reason.

I am making up that this person may have diminished you in some way, which has caused you to diminish them in return.

If they hurt you, that was wrong. I apologize and take responsibility. You deserve to live in a world where you are supported and loved unconditionally.

I am here to listen and be a source of unconditional love if you want to talk about how you felt and the impact this person had on you, however I request that we not diminish them.
